We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 working day.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but due to the nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g. injectables, skincare, supplements, prescription-related items).

Eligible Returns:

• Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging.

To request a return:

2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.

6. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund in the event of:
