Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but due to the nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g. injectables, skincare, supplements, prescription-related items).

Eligible Returns:

• Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging.

2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
